Dr. JP Saleeby is a medical doctor with 18 years experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care and Emergency Medicine.  In addition he is an integrative practitioner fusing the best of allopathic medicine and complementary and natural medicine. 

 

He was the founder of the first totally dedicated integrative medical center in Savannah, GA in 1999.  He has managed patients in several states throughout the USA and Canada via his tele-medicine practice.  His focus is on preventive medicine, nutritional medicine and the use of natural bio-identical hormone replacement therapy when warranted.

Fee Schedule
 

* Fees can be discussed with Dr. Saleeby if there are personal financial hardships.  Sliding Scale may apply

 

House Calls within covered area Raleigh/Durham/Charleston proper

  • $500 for new patient house calls [covers initial house call plus medical management for 12-months (nutrition, hormone therapy, HTN, DM, etc. management].
  • $150 for established patients in need of subsequent house call, acute illness visit, etc.
  • $75 for tele-medicine services only (consultation only ~ 1hr.)
  • $300 for tele-medicine services with ongoing medical management for 12-months (consultation + Rx, Lab follow up, etc.)
